환불 규정은 아래의 표에서 확인 바랍니다. 만약 환불 신청하는 사유가 아래의 표에 없다면 이메일로 문의 바랍니다.

| 보완서류 미비로 인해 출입국에 접수를 못했을 경우 / When application to the immigration office is not possible due to insufficient supplementary documents | 환불 불가 No refunds |
| 단체접수에서 개인접수로 전환하는 경우 / When switching from group application to individual application | 환불 불가 – 관납료 명세서 제공 Non-refundable – Invoice for government fees will be provided |
| 중복 결제한 경우 / In case of duplicate payment | 결제 수수료 제외 환불 Refund excluding payment processing fees |
| 출입국사무소와 Enkostay 서비스 중복 신청한 경우 / If the applicant applied both to the immigration office and to Enkostay | 환불 불가 No refunds |

환불 신청 방법 / Refund Application Process
- 환불 신청서 작성 후 이메일로 송부해주세요. Please fill out the refund application form and send it to the provided email address.
- 환불 요청 후 환불까지 최소 2주~한달 정도 소요될 수 있습니다. It may take a minimum of 2 weeks to a month to process the refund after the request is made.
